Always a smooth honest experience that exceeds expectations. It seems to be consistent throughout the entire service team as I schedule oil changes routinely! I made an appointment to replace my brakes, waited shorter than anticipated and was advised inspection findings with knowledge. Efficient system for the early morning rush too today!

I brought my 2014 CR-Z in for her 90,000 mile tune up. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Now my car is running like a top, and I didnt have to wait all day for the work to be finished. Richie in the service department did a fantastic job. He knew what parts my car needed, helped me to avoid service that I didn't need, and even saved me a couple hundred bucks when I went to pay. I used to have a negative opinion about getting work done at the dealership but Shottenkirk Honda has changed my mind.
