My wife had a tire blowout, and we misplaced our lug key. I was all the way in Stone Mountain when the incident happened in Acworth. I called the Shottenkirk service dept., where John the service manager answered my call. I explained the situation, and he without hesitation asked “ where is she at “. Totally unexpected!! John sent a service employee to her with a lug key, and the employee even changed her tire! Top notch customer service!! She drove our car to the dealership, where they put two new tires on. Thank goodness we had roadside in our contract! Not much out of pocket, and they even ran It through the wash, when finished. This is our first car from Shottenkirk, and It won’t be the last!! This level of customer service should be the benchmark for anyone who owns a business!

Emily kept me informed about my Spark Plugs and Valve adjustment replacement. Highly recommend. Update: I had service on ball joints and engine mount. Richie is a great service advisor. He kept me informed and is professional.
