This is my second Honda purchased from Shottenkirk. Ultimately, I feel like this dealership treats you like family and truly cares about your experience. Chris went the extra mile time and again to make sure my goals were met. He’s a young up and coming leader ahead of his time. The team in general just gives it to you straight. They understand how important this purchase is and how stressful it can be. I expect I will be right back here again in 4 or 5 years. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Driving from Florida to buy a car, the folks at Shottenkirk made it worth the trip.

I went to Shottenkirk Honda on 10/9 for emissions system problem sign, oil change and transmission service etc. I was helped by Ginger. After the diagnosis I was told car will require new catalytic converter but I was given a happy news that car was still under warranty and I don’t have to pay anything. Also my service was supposed to take 4-5 hours, I was given loaner car, which saved so much of my personal time. I want to thank you Ginger and Honda team for great service. Vikas.

My experience at Honda was 10 out 10. My tire had a nail in it. I went in, talk to Ginger, She was the best. Told me it would take 45min n it took exactly that. I really Appreciate all her help.

Had my routine oil change and tire rotation and they did an excellent job as usual. Kevin checked me in and out and he was friendly and couldn’t have made the process any easier.

Courteous, professional, and completed job in a very reasonable time. Above average service in our experience. Service advisor was Kevin Etters. We drive out of town to visit this service department.

I dealt with Kevin in the Cartersville service department. He was very kind and informative. I received a loaner car and that was great! I can’t walk very well since I have bad knees. He was very helpful during the whole process.

Travis was very attentive and explained everything to me. He is knowledgeable - no high pressure. We took the car in early and they had it completed in very good time today with no issues.

Getting an appointment was easy and quick just like the oil change.
