I’ve been going to Shottenkirk Cartersville since 2016. Service department has always been accommodating. I was on the way to the doctor and my tire inflation light came on. I stopped in to have it checked and they found a nail in my tire. They quickly put my spare on so I could get to my appointment on time. They said just come back by after my appointment, the tire would be repaired and they would switch it out for the spare. Emily was my service advisor and she was really on top of it for me. Shottenkirk of Cartersville has the best service department.
